Anne a été très réactive et la communication était super. L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. Le balcon a une vue sympa. Je recommande"

"parfait. Anne m’a recontacté car j’avais oublié notre rendez-vous à midi et a été super souple pour l’après-midi pour me remettre les clés et ouvert le canapé-lit et tout préparé pour mon fils. Adorable ! alors qu’elle devait faire ses courses cadeaux de Noël ! j’ai beaucoup apprécié !"

"I booked this accommodation for it's closeness to the horseracing track so the location was fantastic, 60 metres away!! Also the beach is a 3 minute walk away and the area has many nice bars, restaurants, takeaways and a supermarket within 200 metres. As for the studio it is small but perfect for couples or solo travellers, everything is great, fully kitted out and clean and modern. 10/10 for an all round good experience. I met the owner also who is a lovely lady with nice neighbours!! Sound!!"

"The building is perfectly situated near the beach within a private condominium, providing a serene and picturesque setting. What impressed me the most was the excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay without disturbances from neighbors. The balcony offered a breathtaking view that I couldn't get enough of. Additionally, the proximity to the train station, various restaurants, and a variety of supermarkets catering to different tastes made it incredibly convenient. I recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway."

"ottimo che c’è l’aria condizionata in quanto essendo in un piano abbastanza alto e in cui batte il sole quasi tutto il giorno l’appartamento era sempre caldo ma l’aria condizionata risolve il problema anche per la notte. È in un’ottima posizione vicina al mare e ai servizi principali parcheggio a pagamento ma non costa tanto quindi ottimo. appartamento perfetto per passare 4/5 giorni"
